The more astute reader may have noticed that my photography no longer appears on this my wordpress blog and there is a very simple reason for this. I am on a free plan and I have used up all my free quota of media files. Although I can post links and cross-links without limit, I can no longer upload media directly.
Since I am on a free plan and I have a relatively small audience, I am loath to sign up for a paid account and thereby increase my quota. I derive no financial gain from blogging and it is therefore, not worthwhile to sign up to a paid account. Since I can still post links, the inconvenience is minimal.
My photography and my illustrated articles can still be found on my other sites. Admittedly my Google site does look a little dated today but again, I am loath to make unnecessary changes to the template. The picture of Hekate by that great Czech painter Maximilian Pirner, is one of my favourite images and I have no desire to change it.
